This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) covers the treatment of all personal information that Peters Foundation, Corp. (“Peters”) collects when you visit the Peters Foundation, Corp. website (the “Website”). At PETERS, we understand that privacy is a very important issue for visitors to the Website. You hereby expressly consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the federal and state courts located in Antioch, Illinois, for all matters or disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy or your access or use of the Website.
